Every piece in the Archive is handmade and, in many cases, one of a kind. This page explains how we package, ship, insure, and — where applicable — accept returns on high-value physical works.
1. Packaging & Handling
Every piece is inspected, photographed, and packed by hand before it leaves our archive.
Given the handmade nature of each work, packaging is prepared individually for every acquisition rather than using standardised boxing.
2. Shipping — Local & International
Within Doha and greater Qatar, pieces are typically hand-delivered or available for collection by private appointment. International shipping is arranged on request through insured courier services, with costs and timelines quoted per piece based on size, weight, and destination.
Collectors are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied in the destination country. Our team will provide all documentation needed for customs clearance.
Framing is available exclusively for deliveries within Doha, Qatar. Pieces shipped internationally are sent unframed, ready to be framed locally upon arrival.
3. Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full acquisition value while in transit. Should a piece arrive damaged, please retain all packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs; we will coordinate directly with the courier and insurer on your behalf.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because many pieces are one of a kind or produced in limited numbers, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the description provided at the time of acquisition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Pieces acquired through a private viewing are subject to the terms agreed during that consultation.
